Open Circa, enter the code, add your name, and the gathering is on your phone. There is nothing else to set up.
Codes are seven characters and are not case sensitive. If it still will not take, the host may have replaced it; ask them for the current one. If you were removed from a gathering the code will not let you back in, and only the host can add you again.
Close the app fully and open it again. If it is still missing, a host may have removed you or archived the gathering. Ask a host to check your access.
Only hosts and the planners they authorise can change it, and every guest sees a change the moment it is made. If something looks wrong, tell a host rather than us.
Circa reads a booking so you do not have to type it out, and it can misread one. Every reading is yours to correct before it is saved, and you can always enter the details by hand instead.
Tell us and send the photograph if you can. Orientation is something we would rather fix than explain.
Under Guests, choose Add guests. You can upload a spreadsheet, a document or a photograph of a list and Circa will read it into rows you check before anybody is added, pick people from your phone contacts, or type a guest in by hand.
Open either row and remove it. If an upload created the duplicate, tell us what the file looked like; that is a bug on our side, not yours.
Yes. Invite a co-host or a planner from the guest list, and they can build and change the itinerary with you.
Only the people in that gathering. Nothing crosses from one gathering to another, and there is no public feed. Each contact detail on your profile has its own visibility switch under your privacy settings.
Under You, open your settings and choose Delete account. You can also write to us and we will do it within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is deleted and what remains.
Location, contacts, photographs, calendar, microphone and notifications are all revocable in the iOS Settings app at any time. Circa keeps working without them; the features that need one will say so.
If something in a gathering is abusive or should not be there, tell the host, and write to us as well. We will act on it.
